GENERAL LEDGER DATA ENTRY MENU

At this screen, with "General Ledger" highlighted, select ADD/EDIT DATA ENTRY and click "Okay".

GENERAL LEDGER JOURNAL ENTRIES

This screen is where you will enter all adjusting entries for your G/L.

G/L EDIT PURCHASE JOURNAL

While here, you can preview your Purchase Journal for the month and, prior to month-end closing, you may correct or amend purchase entries.

G/L EDIT SALES JOURNAL

While here, you can preview your Sales Journal for the month and, prior to month-end closing, you may correct or amend sales entries.

G/L CONTROL

At this screen, you will set the parameters of your G/L.

G/L CHART OF ACCOUNTS

At this screen, you will add your G/L accounts.
