Welcome
Welcome to Accutrax, a new and innovative software system that will track your jobs with ease and manage your office paperwork. Accutrax is written in a Microsoft Access database and has the ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel.
This system can be used with multiple companies. Designed with simplicity in mind, the Accutrax one time entry will cut data entry time as well.
Some Accutrax features include:
Our dashboard allows you to view every aspect of your job at a glance. It features several tabs wherein you can access Client and/or Vendor information with a simple click of the mouse. Each division between Client and Vendor allows you an overview of the job. You can view summaries or individual costs and billings.
From the time you enter your job budget, Accutrax begins tracking your job costs.
- The Job Cost Master can track field percentage complete with projected and actual finish dates. It will track dates when prints are received and the date your bid is due.
- Your field inspections can also be tracked here.
- All Vendors associated with your jobs are tracked. Accutrax ensures that contracts and change orders have been signed, that insurance is up to date, and lien status with Vendors. This works in conjunction with your A/P so that NO checks will be cut unless your Vendor is in complete compliance.
- The Client Status information shows your contract, change orders, amount billed to date, amount paid to date, balance due, and balance to be invoiced. You can also view each individual change order and its breakdown.
- The Job Cost Vendor Analysis is an excellent report for Project Managers to stay on top of their projects. It shows all contracts and purchase orders with a committed cost as well as all A/P and payroll associated with that job. At a glance, you can see the total cost, including your committed costs, in relation to the job budget. Here, you can view the amount billed to date, amount payable, and amount left to be invoiced. This report also recaps the Client information. By comparison, you can determine the cash flow status of your job and project your job profits.
